Ansun is India’s most experienced and innovative Hot Chamber Zinc Die Casting manufacturer since 1986.

At Ansun we Diecast nearly 220 Metric Tonnes of Zinc Alloy every month using 26 Fully Automatic Hot Chamber Die Casting Machines.

Ansun is primarily a Zipper Slider manufacturing company based in New Delhi, India. By virtue of our main product line – which is a die cast product, precision and mass production of components is Ansun’s main strength.

All components are precision components, weighing from 0.2 gms to 45 gms. and all critical dimensions are generally maintained to very close tolerance limits of 10 to 15 microns maximum.

On the Producer 30 and 50 Tons m/c's we can cast components in the range of 150 ~ 200 gms, whereas all other machines are more suitable for smaller components.

To manufacture our Die Casting Moulds and for precision repairs of our machines, we have a fully equipped Tool-Room with latest conventional and CNC Machines supported by a CAD/CAM based Design Department.

To meet the requirement of certain Sheet Metal Components which go into our Slider assemblies we have a Press Shop with 5 Fully Automatic High Speed Presses.

We also have a very well equipped Finishing Department for Automatic Painting and Electroplating our Die Casted Components.

Both these parts are highly precise components.

For all our castings we use either Zamak-3 or Zamak-5 Zinc Alloy. Special High Grade Zinc is Imported from various international sources like AZ Australia, ASTU / UM from Belgium, HX China. The Alloying is done in our fully automatic In-house Zinc Alloying section where we manufacture all kinds of Zinc Alloys for Die-Casting. Our daily Zinc Alloying capacity is 16 Metric Tonnes. Every Alloy Heat is tested by a computerised Spectrometer for metallurgical composition.
