Customisation Process at Ansun
Step1 - In this initial stage all we require is an
artwork or even a sample from the client. You can send us the Image by Email
as a jpeg or any other graphic file or else by Fax or mail.

Step 2 - The Image is then converted into a 2D or a 3D CAD Drawing
or a Model and sent for approval to the Customer either by Email or Fax.
This process normally takes around 3 working days after the initiation
process.

Step 3 - Changes if any are incorporated as per the feed back from
the customer and the design and manufacturing for the required Moulds and
Tooling is taken up. Up to this stage normally the time required is 5~6
days.
Step 4 - After the tooling is ready, test run is done and the
samples are subjected to a very critical Engineering Inspection for
dimensional accuracy and Visual perfection. After the samples are cleared by
our Inspection team, the same after completing the Assembly & Finishing
are Inspected once again by the Quality Controller after his clearance are
sent to the customer for final approval.
Step 5 - After getting final customer approval in all aspects, the
production starts and the products are shipped to the client. It normally
takes fifteen to twenty days to deliver the final product. All along the
customer is kept fully informed of all developments and the status at our
end mostly by Email or sometimes by Phone.
Apart from our efforts to make quality product and timely delivery, we
expect certain efforts like providing exact briefing, and appropriate
comments for the sample from the customer also as this helps in successful
timely completion of the development cycle.
Quantity and Costing
Development of Customised Sliders, Buttons and other fittings is a bit
expensive due to the cost of dedicated Tooling which needs to be developed
specially. But this cost is an Investment for your end product, because this
customisation only will make your end product stand out from the crowd and
bring you many times more Brand Equity and higher profit.
Though the minimum quantity of a regular product may vary, for the
development of a new product, the product has to be the minimum reasonable
quantity to cover up the product development cost including designing,
dedicated tooling etc.
The minimum quantity of order may come down for additional cost.
