Q1.	Where is the manufacturing infrastructure of Ansun located?
A1.	Ansun Multitech (India) Ltd. operates out of Okhla Industrial Area-Phase-1 which in the south of the city of New Delhi, India. A second large facility has been just added at Noida Sector-60.

Q2.	Are all Items available ex-stock?
A2.	Most of our standard Items are available Ex-Stock, but all customised and special items are generally made to order only.

Q3.	What is the lead time required for Zippers, Sliders, Buttons, Luggage Fittings ?
A3.	For Standard Items which are not in stock, we generally take 5~7 days. For Special Items, we generally can supply within 8~10 days and For Customised Items which require new Tooling development, the lead time is generally within 15~21 days. It is our constant effort to supply all orders in the shortest possible time, the above mentioned time periods are generally the maximum required.

Q4.	Do you sell directly or only through distributors? How are the prices in comparison?
A4.	We sell directly to all manufacturers and are well equipped to handle all kinds of orders small or big. Many of our standard Items are sold through our Distributors and dealers all over the country. Most Customised Items and Special Items are generally sold directly. Our prices are rock bottom and always the same when you deal with us directly or through our distributors.

Q5.	I am an Exporter from India, do I get any benefit in dealing with you directly even for small purchases?
A5.	Firstly, we provide all items Excide Duty Free, if you provide us with the relevant forms like CT-3 etc. Secondly, we can provide quicker supplies and faster customization due to better understanding.

Q6.

I need few samples for getting approval from my buyer, How do I get them?

A6.

We understand the importance of samples in this Industry and are well equipped with most samples at all times. We generally will be able to send them to you by air courier the same or the next day. For all new developments, we generally send out snap-shots of the computer generated models, which also give a complete feel of the product. Even in this site against each enquiry that you make, we have specifically asked for your request for samples in the query basket against each item.

Q7.	What is the normal mode of despatch?
A7.	For routine inland despatches we use the services of a reliable lorry service. For quicker despatches we use service providers like SafeExpress and SVC. Air couriers are used for immediate deliveries. For export we generally ship by Sea from Mumbai, with Inland transportation by reliable Lorry service from our factory to Mumbai port, or by Air from New Delhi Airport.

Q8.	Can I pay on receipt of Goods to my factory?
A8.	Yes for all Inland shipments of Standard Items, we have made special arrangements with SafeExpress, who will deliver the goods to your factory and collect the payment by Draft. However for all special Item orders and new developments we would need the requisite down payment to cover-up for the development cost.

Q9.	Do you have any Third Party Inspection service contract which we can use for our export shipments?
A9.	Yes we have made special arrangements with the well known SGS India who are pleased to offer their Third Party Inspection Services for any export consignments and other QA / QC services.

Q10.	What all are the Taxes applicable on the products sold by Ansun?
A10.	At present all products carry an Excise Duty of 16% (except Alloy Buttons which are Nil) and CST of 4.0 % against C-Form or LST of 4.0%. For Export there are is no Excise Duty or CST or LST applicable.

Q11.	Can I get Cenvat on all purchases that I do from Ansun?
A11.	Yes we provide all Invoices with proper Gate Passes to enable you to avail Cenvat on all purchases made from us directly.
